2nd address

Hi,
I’ve recently changed a second address over to Bulb but cannot see a way to link the address with my initial account and email address? Each time I receive mail concerning the new address when I follow the link to the account it only Eli’s my initial property and not the new one? I see from the Help Centre that I should be able to access both accounts via the one email address and then toggling between the addresses but I’m not offered this capability within the account?
I’ve tried emailing Bulb but have had no response and today have been asked to submit readings from the 2nd address??

Try using the live chat

This can be done but Bulb have to set it up. If you don’t want to wait for an email reply (10+ days) then as scudo says use livechat or phone.
