Is anyone else on 2nd gen smart meters still in dumb mode for nearly a year? My IHD6 is working fine but is still waiting to connect. Plus, I think the meter is faulty because it said I had used 76 kWh but the bill was a lot more than normal. How can I change to another supplier if it’s not working?

You can always change supplier if you wanted to, we don’t have any exit fees but would be sad to see you go
