I signed up using a referral code and the £50 has not shown up in my account yet? I’ve had an email saying it was sent but nothing yet?
@markgtr, has your switch completed? You won’t get the credit until up to a few days after your switch completion date.
I’m also not sure that credit is applied on a weekend.

We’ve noticed a few referral credit’s aren’t adding as they should do into everyone’s accounts.
We’ve got our tech team looking the situation at the moment and would ask that you allow a couple of weeks for them to roll out a system wide fix and if you’ve still not received the credit, then just let us know and we will make sure you’ve received it.
