50£ credit

Hi there,

I switched to Bulb on November 8th and was given a £50 credit as it was done by referral.
I received the notification but have had no actual credit on the two bills that have been sent.

Could you please include the credit in my most recent bill which is due to be paid on the 8th.

We’ve not sent you any statements yet, but I can see the referral was refunded back to your bank account yesterday.

It should be with you in 5-10 working days.
