Is It possible to know why?

It’s the Bulb customer public forum. Other customers can’t answer your question, we quite rightly can’t see your account. While Bulb staff do post on here, you’ll get a better response if you contact Bulb using their actual private customer service facilities (phone, email, webchat, etc.).

As @Hooloovoo pointed out you have posted to a forum rather than Bulb direct.

To be honest Bulb don’t make it very easy to make a differentiation between posting on the forum and contacting Bulb direct. Some of us customers have tried to get Bulb to make the communication route somewhat easier for customers.

In a nutshell any issues regarding account details (including referrals) are best dealt with by contacting the Bulb team direct, their contact details are on the bottom of the Help page.
