Hi i was sent a email to say tranferwise would be in touch in 2 days thays was 5 days ago and still no contact how long does this normally take please

I believe the process of paying pre-payment (key/card) customers earned referral commissions is a bit of a manual process and it is taking a bit longer than it should. If you haven’t heard from Transferwise in 14 days, I would drop Bulb an email (see How to get in touch – Bulb ) just to check things. I assume you have checked your ‘Spam’ folder or similar in case Transferwise’s email has been routed there incorrectly?
