A family member of mine recently switched to Bulb using my referral link. I got an email saying she’d joined etc etc. Last week i got an email advising she was no longer switching & that i wasn’t getting a credit. Nothing in my account shows pending credits…yet she hasn’t cancelled & is still with Bulb - her other referrals were paid their credit. What’s happened to mine?
