£50 referral credit missing.

I was referred by a friend and signed up to bulb. I’ve since referred two friends and I have received the credits for both their switchover but not the original one who referred us to bulb? How long should it take?

@Charissa, you should receive your initial referral credit on your switch date.

It’s obvious that it’s after your switch date now so if you know the name and referral link of the person who referred you in the first place, I’d recommend sending Bulb a message on the web chat (here, bottom right) or giving them a ring to sort this out (0300 30 30 635)

Thank you. I’ll have to try and get it again. It’s someone my husband works with and I haven’t got the referral name at the moment. Rather annoying having to chase it up lol
