Hi there. I have recently switched to Bulb, for both gas and electric but havn’t received an email from Transfer Wise to receive the £50 credit. I have topped up two or three times so far. Any help would be great, thanks.
Hi @Helluvanight, your referral will trigger after your first top-up with your electricity key. After this top-up you will receive the email from Transferwise in around 5 working days.
If it has been over 5 working days, please can send us an email or speak to us on live chat so we can look into this for you.
Yes, I’ve topped up three times on both gas and electric and no email for referral.
@Helluvanight This will likely either be that we’ve not received the top up data through to our system yet, or that we’ve requested the transferwise email but it hasn’t been sent yet.
