I’m not sure how this would actually be possible unless I had built a nuclear reactor in the front room. After I sent a meter reading which was barely different to the estimated ones? Threatening texts and emails and talk of debt collectors for a clear mistake. How can this company take themselves seriously? The sheer amount of attempts to rectify this have all been ignored and yet the emails keep coming. Clearly there’s an issue. I have tried everything to sort this out with Bulb and nothing has been done. Total madness.
