A simple question that can’t be answered!!

I reported to the “online chat facility” that my Smart Meter wasn’t working over 6 weeks ago. As I had heard nothing, I emailed Bulb this week to check that I was definitely on the list of “useless Smart Meters” and I cant even get a definitive answer!! All I get back are more questions ie “what is the issue”? “When did I report it”? Consequently, I am no wiser as to whether my complaint has even been lodged!! However, it brightened my day when I received the “How helpful was your email from Bulb” questionnaire!!! REALLY!!!
