A week in and smart meter still dumb

Smart meter fitted 27 September.
Display unit not connected to meters. Display is showing info from 9th June!

Logging into my bulb account can see the gas meter with two readings the last from old meter then 0 for the new one. The leccy meter is still showing the old numbers no zero for the new meter reading

No reply from customer help other than the we are busy email
