Hi, I am not able to put my meter readings. I received an email that I could do meter reading on the 13th of March. However, since the 13th of March, I am not able to put my meter readings. Whenever I try to sign in, the account always shows me ‘‘go to community’’. At the community page, there is no option to put my meter readings. So, I try to click ‘’ bulb me’’ and when I do this, it signs me out. So, I don’t have any chance to put my meter reading cause of this problem. Could anybody help me to fix it? I don’t want to waste more time with BULB’s system problems.
If anybody could help me, I would be appreciated.
