About the standing charge

I’m a new member and move-in the property at 6 May.
The previous tenant also using Bulb,
It’s a 2 bedroom flat and there have 2 meters,
The flat no Gas just have electric energy,
The apps show one is night rate and one is standard,
I found that the invite letter just have 1 daily charge,

Your Energy Supply Agreement
Product Name
For electricity
Pay Monthly Variable(1)
Pay Monthly Variable Rèlated Meter Type 1(2)
Daily charge (p/day)
47.28p/day(1)
0.00p/day(2)

Energy unit rate (p/kWh)
26.51p/kWh(1)
26.51p/kWh(2)

and my payment have 2 charges,

“Your Energy Supply Agreement
Product Name
For electricity
Pay Monthly Variable(1)
Pay Monthly Variahle(2)
Daily charge (p/day)
47.28p/day(1)
47.28p/day(2)

Energy unit rate (p/kWh)
26.51p/kWh(1)
26.51p/kWh(2)”

why I should pay 2 costs and 1 meter’s name is not Rèlated Meter Type ?

Hi @CYCheung

I know may be a bit confusing but we are actually only charging you one standing charge. We are charging you a unit rate for both of your meters as they are different supplies but not a standing charge.

You can see your tariff in more detail on page 2 and 3 of your monthly statement.

Best,

thank you,
because customer service have fixed the problem at the last week😅
