access to my bulb

I have been trying to log into my bulb yesterday and today without success. when I enter my details and press enter, the working symbol just goes round and round without connecting. My email and password are correct as I had to use them to log onto this function. what is wrong?

My general recommendations would be to sign in after clearing your cache, sign in on incognito (again, in case leftover cookies are causing problems), and/or restart the computer. (Sorry to sound like a cliche of a tech support bro.)
