Can you please clarify what you can’t access with regards to Bulb?

Want to change my password but wont letme

Keep saying old password incorrect

What link are you using to access your account?

Every time I try to log in it takes me to the community ?? Have never been able to log in

Others have reported the same issue on this forum but personally I have never ever been able to replicate the situation. This is one for Bulb to sort out.

When it takes you to the community click on the Bulb logo and you should get an option to sign in.
If you password is still showing incorrect then best you contact Bulb to reset it.
