Accidently add electricity instead gas

When I loggin on my bulb account and Im in “submit a meter reating” I have only option “electricity”. I see on picture I should have “gas” option.
Also I have some money on my “balance” but its not on my card which actually working with gas meter.
Is it possible to change specification from electricity to gas?

Sounds like you have a prepayment gas meter but a pay-monthly electric meter.
