Joined up to bulb, but having great difficulty gaining access to my account; any ideas how to solve this? Would like to input my meter reading but unable to do at present
Me too, every time I request a password change the email link sends me to the Communiy page and asks me to sign in doh.
I am also having problems signing in, just get sent to community page. I signed up to bulb over a month ago, and was sent an email saying that I would be with bulb from the 10th April, but have not yet been switched over. this may be my fault for not cancelling with other provider?
