Hi - I have a credit balance in my Bulb Account of £140.00, yet a month’s payment has been taken from my Bank Account instead. Why would this happen?
The system bulb use is they have set up a DD which is based on a years usage divided by 12 to make equal payments. This means during the winter mnths you generally use more than your dd payment, in summer you use less and a credit is built up to cover the colder months.

OK - Thanks for reply - was led to believe they would use the credit before using DD.
No, I believe it is explained in their terms & conditions, that aside if you do have a build up of credit you can go to your account and
A. Reduce the dd payments as long as you keep a months advance payment in it.
B. Request a payment back to your bank as long as you keep a months advance payment in it.
OK - Thats good to know. Thanks for the information.
