Why is my account in credit at over 6,000? I switched to bulb about 5 months ago. Have I been paying too much for estimated readings? If so can I get this money back?

I guess you are teasing asking for a refund of over £6000 =) . You can easily check if there is an error in your account giving you such a windfall,

  1. Have your monthly direct debit been more than £1000?

  2. Have you submitted monthly readings to Bulb and are these reflected in your monthly statements?

  3. If you haven’t been submitting regular readings then your bills will be based on estimated readings (obviously widely overestimated in your case)

@luke_Mayfield1 it seems there was an error with one of the meter readings we got from you, which made it look like you’d used negative electricity. I’ve emailed you a confirmation of what’s happened, and we’ve also removed the incorrect reading.
