Account - Bulb App - usage graph issue

My Android Bulb app is showing the electric listed as twice, with the same reference code.

I am no longer seeing the usage Month/week/daily graphs on on the app. I have a smart meter and all has been working fine until about 12 days ago.

The usage graphs on the website still work, unfortunately it does not give the same detail as the app.

I did sign up for a smart tariff, which is planned to switch in a couple of days, i wonder if this caused the issue.

I contact bulb via chat but have not received a response as yet.
