Account credit

I paid a top up payment as my account was showing a balance of £0.00 and wanted to make sure there was money in there to pay the bill. When it came to my bill date the account balance went up again by Bulb taking an automatic payment my bank account which is fine. Just wondering how I use the money I have in credit in my account - will this pay my next bill or will Bulb take another automatic payment from my bank account?
