Since my account is in credit is there any opportunity to have a bill break for 1 month?

Hi there @Octobermay19 we can indeed do that, though it’s worth being aware that we’re coming into winter and we expect your usage to start to go up. To skip a month’s payment we’ll need you to have at least two months payments worth of credit in your account, if you have that just let us now over the phone or by email that you’d like to skip a payment (we can’t really talk financial specifics here) and we’ll sort that out for you
