Account in credit - possible refund


My account is in credit by quite a lot, i have recently submitted my gas and electric readings. Is there any chance of getting the credit paid back into my account?

@michael5803 of course we can refund any extra credit! I have made a new copy of your bill including the readings you sent to us on the 19th of August. This is on the way via email.

As we take advance payments at Bulb, your account always needs to be one month’s payment in credit. I have arranged for the remaining credit to be refunded to you. This will be in your account in the next 3-5 working days.

If you think you are paying too much, you can change your payment amount at any time via your MyBulb. You can always give us a call or send us an email if you’re not sure if your payment amount is right :slight_smile:
