Account in Credit

My account has been in credit for the past three months. When / how do you go about refunding the amount of credit sitting in the account?

Hi @jordan , your account with Bulb should always show an account credit as your paying in advance, so you should have around 1 months payment in your account at all times.

You’ve got a statement coming over on Monday and it looks like your estimates are a little low, as your meter reads are sitting slightly above the estimates. So that statement will bring your account balance down a little.

We recommend leaving a your summer/autumn credit balance in your account to be used over the winter to cover the additional usage, so it looks like your account’s pretty much where it should be around at this time of the year.
