Hi there. My account is in credit but still asked to pay monthly. Is this right. Secondly I have quadruple checked my card details however every month I get get a " something went wrong with your payment" please can someone look in to this. Thank you in advance.
Hi @Aj5988, no matter how much your account is in credit by, your direct debit won’t change unless you request it.
You can request a temporary reduction in direct debit payments or a transfer of extra account credit to your bank account via web chat/phone (0300 30 30 635).
Regarding your payment details, if you try and add a top up payment from this page, does that work?
