My account is significantly in credit how do I get this money refunded to me?
This cannot be refunded but will obviously be used towards your next bill. my suggestions would be to reduce your monthly spending amount so no further money is taken out. Bulb do not take out the money you actually owe but rather what you have set as you monthly amount which is based on their estimates. This is not a way that i am happy with, which is why i am considering leaving.
i should also add, if you reduce your monthly direct debit amount then you should keep a check on your balance so it doesnt fall below what you are expected to pay the following month. my previous supplier simply gave me a bill and i pay, but with bulb it doesnt work like that
