Is your bill based on your own meter readings or on estimated meter readings?

You can only get accurate bills by ideally submitting monthly meter readings, when prompted by the monthly emails from Bulb.

@Nikki_M We had been estimating meter readings too high and so the next bill we send will dramatically reduce your balance to correct the previous inaccurate readings.
