Account logging issue

Hi ,

I’m having issue long into my account , on the app it say we are down for maintenance it’s been like this for over a week , I tried login into my account on the website using my phone ( safari ) I managed to log in but it the only options I have is community and sing out option nothing about bill or anything else ?

This is a common fault.
