Account Login


Tonight I logged into my Bulb account and it brought up all the details to my old account and said this was now closed as you would expect.
Before today when I logged in to my account the correct details to my current address which I have been using for the past 5 months were available.

Are Bulb having issues with the email login and has my account been reset by accident to my old account and home address? I assume I will have to call to get this resolved so what would be the best contact number to use?

I’ve now merged your accounts online, so you will be able to access the new account once you log in again.
