I switched from bulb over two months ago and have been expecting a refund of over £200 pounds. It is way more than the 6 weeks I was led to expect. My account page just says ‘account closing’.

As this is a public forum it would possibly be more appropriate of you contact the Bulb team direct, their details can be found by clicking the Help button at the top of this page. They should be able to advise you why there is a delay with your refund.

@RogerH We are still waiting for the final reading from the new supplier, and have been chasing this. As soon as we have it we will be able to send you a final bill and offer you a refund.
