I’ve noticed that a payment has come out of my bank account although it says my due date for payment isn’t until the 23rd. Can you please ensure that I don’t pay again on the 23rd or reimburse what I have paid today? I’m out of the UK at the moment so can’t call.
Hi Dan, thanks for letting us know. We won’t take a payment on the 23rd of this month, and will resume taking payments as usual on the 23rd of November.
