Hi wonder if anyone can help, I’ve being trying to send my meters reading to bulb as I’ve just switch to them, but everytime I try it keep saying couldn’t find your account I’ve emailed them twice. I dont want them to estimate my readings that’s all. Is anyone else having the same problem. Thanks.

Yes, I can’t login to my account or that of my mother’s. Same message.
