Actual reading lower than estimate

After we moved into our home we chose Bulb to provide our duel energy. You had estimated reading to start but shortly after I submitted actual readings. You accepted our electric which showed highly movement. However, my gas actual reading was a lot lower then the estimate you had. I have now twice submitted two readings, along with pictures as requested, because it was lower.
I am yet to hear from bulb regarding the actual readings. You have not accepted that reading despite sending pictures on two occasions. Please can I ask that you either accept the readings I have submitted or to send a meter reader to come and take them themself.
