Add name on bill

Hi I I wanted to ad my partners name on bill as well I been told we need her authorization she emailed yesterday for authorization but didn’t get any response it’s more than 24 hours now…!!!

If no answer here quickly tomorrow, you could ring them on 0300 30 30 635, as this is probably the quickest way to sort out queries, if urgent.

We can add a second name to your account now, if you like. All we need is confirmation from them (and you) that you’re both fine with being jointly liable for all the bills.

The easiest way to do this is to copy them into an email to help@bulb.co.uk, then they can email with their name saying they’re fine to be added, and I’ll put the second name on.
