Advance payt

I’d like to ask why we need to pay in advance. The reason i switched to Bulb is so I could reduce very tight monthly outgoings and now I’ll have another bill to pay in August.

@sharon2416 The reason we take payment in advance is so we can buy energy more effectively, saving you and all our other customers money.

We try to explain this during the switching process and in your Welcome Pack, but we understand that this might be different to what you are used to.
