Advise on getting a new meter with increased gas flow capacity

We have just completed a renovation work and we have been advised that bulb, our gas supplier, should install the new meter with increased capacity, (84KW/h flow.).
SGN would get the new pipes ready and would start the work on the 15th July. How do we contact the right person at bulb? I have send several email to help@bulb.co.uk and received only auto replies.
