After 5+ years with Bulb I still have a non functioning SMETS1 meter!

Been with Bulb for 5+ years and annually contact Bulb regarding getting my SMETS1 meters upgraded to be SMETS2 compliant, to be responded to with the same message ‘its in progress…’

Here we are in May 2022 and still I have non functioning SMETS1 meters. What do I have to do to get the meters upgraded? beginning to loose the will…

My neighbours with other supplies have been upgraded and their meters are communicating with their providers.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been dissatisfied with our service.

We are still working on SMETS1 enrollment, however this is done area by area.

I can see you have a complaint open on this, if you could reply to my colleague then they will be able to assist with any further queries you have on this.
