I’ve recently moved to Bulb from eon. I’ve received a final bill from eon based on their estimated readings. They say that they haven’t received confirmed final readings from Bulb, hence the estimates. They say that I have to raise an Agreed Read Dispute with Bulb to resolve this. How do I do this?
@Rojb Your switch was very recent - we have sent your actual gas reading off, but when someone switches supplier we have to send their first readings off to a regulator, who then send them on to the previous supplier.
Eon should receive your actual readings and be able to issue you a correct final bill soon. Suppliers give themselves a window of six weeks to do this, but it’s usually quicker than that.
