If you need to contact Bulb directly, their email address and phone numbers are on where there should also be a chat facility in the bottom right hand corner (subject to you not running adblocking type software and it being between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday).

The picture of you is coming from your account and is based on your email address. You probably signed up with another service which uses Gravatar pictures on the past and added your photo then.
