How do I amend my address?

Hi there @Betsy22Feb do you mean that the address we’re supplying isn’t actually yours? Or that you’ve changed the name of your house or something? If it’s the former, then if you wouldn’t mind sending photos of your meters over to help@bulb.co.uk we’ll make sure we’re supplying the correct meters then get the address updated. If you’re changing the house name then just let us know once you’ve got the royal mail database updated and we’ll update our records and the electricity and gas industry databases updated to match
