Another completely daft new utility company

I have a paper bill from this company. No idea why. OK perhaps the other supplier went bust? They don’t answer emails anyway.
On the bill it says to make a payment go to my.bulb.co.uk. So here I am. But … there is NO WAY TO REGISTER.
And this website - hopeless. There is NO WAY to contact bulb!?
This gets weirder. Perhaps someone from bulb could send me an email and tell me how to register? I am happy to send you some money. But… you are making life incredibly difficult for this (new?) customer.

They are rather resistant to a simple ‘contact us’ button…
Hit ‘Help’ above, scroll down the page and you will find a link ’ how to contact bulb’

ccc…That aside if they dont see the help button the first thing most people would do is google contact Bulb and low and behold it is the first entry on the list.

@richardh1 The easiest way to contact us is to send an email to help@bulb.co.uk. Give us a bit of context to your query, and let us know your full address so we can have a look at why you have received this paper bill. Alternatively, you can reach us on 03003030635, Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm.

If a payment needs to be made, it’s probably a better idea to give us a call so we can take your details over the phone. We’ll also set up an account for you so that you can make regular payments in the future if you decide to stick with Bulb.
