I’m trying to sign up to a new account with bulb for the fist time as I’ve moved house. For some reason the web page doesn’t respond and I can’t get through on the phone either.
Assuming Bulb is already the supplier in your new property then there’s a “move-in” page on the Bulb website you can complete. Is that what you’ve been using?
