I’ve downloaded the app to my phone but keeps asking for a vaild email address and p/word although I’m singed in using the same details on my desktop. Anyone any suggestions please? Cheers Tony.

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with the app. Please could you try resetting the password to see if that helps.
Did that works fine on my desktop but phone still asks for valid email and p/word
I’ve just sent you an email so we can get this resolved, please reply there when you’re able to.
Replied with screenshot urinstalled app but still no joy but OK on desktop
