App meter readings

Is there a problem with the Android app? The submit button does nothing when I try to enter readings. I have tried a few times but will try on the website now.

Hi @Michelle82 sorry to hear that! I’ve spoofed into your account and think the problem might be that you need to include a leading 0 when submitting your readings in the app e.g. 01234 instead of 1234.

That should make the submit button change from grey to green and allow you to send your reading!
