App not showing correct gas and electricity usage

My IHD is showing correct amounts but these don’t tally with the amounts shown in the app. Is my smart meter sending the correct readings?

@norman7115 is dead on here - our usage graphs are in beta mode, so offer an indicator to your usage but are not 100% accurate, and IHDs tend to update periodically so don’t always show live usage.

If you want to check up on your usage and what you’ve been charged, we generally say that the meter readings themselves are most important. We always bill to a reading at the start of the billing month and again at the end to make sure we’ve got the right consumption information :bulb:
