App not showing energy usage

From the 20th of January my smart phone App and my online account has stopped recording my electricity and gas usage. Both meters have displays so i presume they are working. Any ideas what may be causing this?

Snap…same problem here…my issue coincided with the Smart Things Energy Control App update but may be just a coincidence.

Have you managed to get your problem solved yet? mine still is not working.

STEC app still not working unfortunately, I am trialling the Bright app suggested by drax…so far so good :+1:t2:
