From the 20th of January my smart phone App and my online account has stopped recording my electricity and gas usage. Both meters have displays so i presume they are working. Any ideas what may be causing this?
Snap…same problem here…my issue coincided with the Smart Things Energy Control App update but may be just a coincidence.
Have you managed to get your problem solved yet? mine still is not working.
STEC app still not working unfortunately, I am trialling the Bright app suggested by drax…so far so good
