Hi, can’t get submit button to work when sending meter readings. This is with the android app and with the email link.

We’ve had a quick look at your account - could you please make sure the reading for your day meter has a 0 before the reading e.g if your reading is 1234, write 01234. Our system needs 5 digits for your meter type - sorry about that, we know it’s a bit unclear and we are looking to fix that.
If that hasn’t worked, please let me know!
Yes, that fixed it, thanks. A comnent to include leading zeros would have helped
