All my bills and the usage section of the app stays that my readings are from my smart meter, but I don’t have one. Any idea what is going on?

From the looks of your account you actually do have a first generation smart meter. These first generation meters can be very temperamental and we weren’t able to communicate with them until recently. Over the past two years we have been slowly improving our technology and have managed to communicate with many of the first generation meters, including yours.
You potentially don’t have an in-home display which shows your usage, nor are we able to supply you with one as ours don’t work with first generation meters I’m afraid. But your meter is smart and it is sending us readings automatically.
