App suggestion

Hi. I’ve just responded to your email inviting me to download your app to streamline the management of my account.

On checking the app, it is not possible to submit my solar generation readings, which means I still have to log on to your web site. Having to log on twice instead of once is anything but streamlined. Can you ask your app developers to fix this?



Hi Pete, thanks for your question. I believe the development team are taking this app addition into consideration. For now you can manage everything through logging into your Bulb account online. I apologise if the email was slightly misleading in it’s claims!
